Service Description

This is a free video or voice call for new clients who are interested in obtaining services. THIS IS NOT FOR CURRENT OR RETURNING CLIENTS. After choosing your appointment time, a Zoom video link will be sent to your email for those requesting a video call.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please make written contact no less than 12 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged any extra fees or losing your deposit. Written contact consists of email or text. You will be sent a confirmation once you cancel. You can also reschedule your own appointments within your booking account. Appointments can only be rescheduled once! Once you reschedule once, you either use or lose the rescheduled appointment. You will need to go back into bookings and buy another session if you miss the rescheduled appointment.
