*PLAN AHEAD BECAUSE NUTRITION SESSIONS MUST BE UTILIZED THE SAME DAY AND TIME EACH WEEK. SESSIONS WILL BE PLANNED OUT AHEAD OF TIME WITH YOUR COACH DURING THE INITIAL CONSULTATION. IF A SESSION CANNOT BE MADE IN PERSON, CLIENTS HAVE THE OPTION OF A VIRTUAL SESSION. THERE ARE NO MAKEUP SESSIONS UNLESS PRE-PLANNED AHEAD OF TIME WITH YOUR COACH. SESSIONS CANNOT BE DRAGGED OUT.
