The goal is to help you the trainers know exactly what we judges are looking for as you prepare for the upcoming 2017 season. Some of the topics to be covered will be 1. What degree of hardness are we looking for each division? 2. Which poses work and which ones don't work? 3. How important is muscle fullness? 4. What is the proper way for their clients to wear their suits or shorts?
