Hello clients! Time for new updated plans for the upcoming week. If you haven't already done so, please try to get your pictures/measurements sent out to me by close of business today for your on time Sunday morning plan updates.

Make sure to make time this week to hydrate, stretch, use your foam roller, move your body and take at least one day off from lifting weights to allow your body to heal. Our bodies need REST & RECOVERY time. Remember that or you'll end up like this guy...
