On The Go Spring Snacks

Hi all! If you are anything like me, you get hungriest when you are out and about. This is the easiest way to find yourself sliding into the fast food drive through with no cares given! DON’T DO IT!


 

Instead, pack a few clean treats in a cooler bag so you’ll always be prepared. Below is a short list of some of my favorite “On The Go” snacks.

 

Homemade Parfait (Keep Cold-use frozen fruit if you want it colder longer)


Homemade Smoothies or Protein Drinks (Drink right away or keep cool. I freeze mine overnight sometimes)


Veggie Sticks & A small container of your favorite dip (Carrots, cucumbers, celery, broccoli etc.)


Apple Slices & PB


Personal Sized Apple Sauce (No Added Sugar Version) w/ Honey Graham Cracker Squares. Great option when you have a sweet/crunchy craving


Mixed Nuts (Be careful with over eating these they are good for you in moderation)


Cup of Mixed Fruit (Pre-chop fruit to ensure a faster grab and go experience)


Chicken, Turkey, or meat of Choice & Veggie Wrap (Great on the go. Wrap it in foil or Saran Wrap)


Meat & Veggie Stuffed Pita (Same Wrap instructions)

 

There are so many great quick ideas, great for you and the family. Choose the options which work best for you and have fun creating!”
